1. Shipping Destinations:
We deliver Cretan traditional gift boxes to all countries within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Delivery Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time within Greece: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Estimated delivery time within the EU: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and weight of the order.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
5. Packaging:
All products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately (see below).
Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Returns:
Due to the nature of our products (including food items and beverages), returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The products were damaged during delivery.

You received the wrong products.
2. How to Request a Return:

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or incorrect items.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days after receiving approval for the return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, food items that have been opened cannot be returned.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
