Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Destinations:
We deliver Cretan traditional gift boxes to all countries within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Delivery Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time within Greece: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery time within the EU: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and weight of the order.

4. Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

5. Packaging:
All products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately (see below).

Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Returns:
Due to the nature of our products (including food items and beverages), returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The products were damaged during delivery.

  • You received the wrong products.

2. How to Request a Return:
If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at [your contact email/phone].
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or incorrect items.

3. Return Conditions:

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days after receiving approval for the return.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, food items that have been opened cannot be returned.

4. Refunds and Replacements:

  • If your return is accepted, you can choose between a replacement or a refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Shipping fees for approved returns (damaged or incorrect products) will be covered by us.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized gift boxes (if customized by request) cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Opened or used food items and beverages.
